I had been a member of Total Tan for many years. Zoom Tan took over.
They charged me $19.99 package for only 6 minutes. I tried to switch to the $9.99 package and they said that was only for new members. I asked to speak with a manager. They refused to let me.
The lady on the phone put in a request for the manager to credit me for the 5 months I was overcharged and change me to $9.99. No one called me back. I called again a week later. The lady on the phone was rude.
She spoke over me and would not answer my questions. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused. I asked her to cancel my membership and she refused. I couldn’t believe anyone in customer service would be that rude.
Then she hung up on me. How are they able to treat paying customers this way? Please give me advice.
I would like to file a formal complaint. I would like to get a lawyer.
