They robbed and hacked into my account multiple times after I closed my membership. I chose to tan elsewhere because they discriminated against me.

I was told because I'm "a female" I tend to be "more messy than a male" and they "found a small piece of paper towel on the floor" after a spray tan visit and therefore wanted to discharge my membership!!! UNBELIEVABLE!

I have never been so insulted in my entire life.

Therefore I Have been trying to locate ANY contact information such as an email or phone number for the office of the president or atleast corporate customer service but cannot find anything on the internet.

Their customer service team is immature and disrespectful, and refused to help or provide any information. It seems I am forced to consult an attorney.

Product or Service Mentioned: Zoom Tan Customer Care.

Reason of review: discriminated against!.

The people you were talking to at the 800 number is as high up as you can go. Those people are friends and relatives of Tony the owner, he is well aware of everything that goes on, because it's all his idea in the first place.
