Continued to charge me even after I cancelled for the summer season. I went back in December and they said I owed 6 months out of the nine and can’t continue service till paid in full .

Thank god I lost my debit card months back otherwise they would have had me. Apparently when I told the lady at the counter to cancel me it wasn’t possible for her to do. At least that’s what they told me.

They said because I didn’t cancel online that I am responsible for money owed whether I use membership or not. RUFKM I was livid and told them to go F themselves
