Despite several calls and multiple in person visits, and even though I did as was told by employees both on the phone at customer service and in person - They still did not cancel my "contract"... that I never renewed when Total Tan "became" Zoom Tan (the worst place to tan - hand down).

I was told to go in person and cancel, which I did... in 2017. Never went back, Then suddenly the charges are on my account A YEAR LATER and they are insisting that I 'never canceled'

They refused to reimburse me the 14 months of fees. The "resolution center director" TEXTED me to ...

well.

Be uninformed, terrible and useless.

DONT even go in there. DONT "join".
