Worst customer service ever. This is not the first time I have had issues/complaints about this company.

Sales clerk tells you one thing, over the phone another. Bought 30 day membership on 5/31, cancelled on 6/30 but I still got charged for July membership. Apparently you have to cancel before your 30 days is up for the next month. No other company does that.

You can cancel the last day of your membership which is today 6/30 and not be charged for the next month. I called in the a.m., spoke to someone. They told me they would look into it and call me back. 6 hours later I called back to hear: Sorry, you needed to cancel yesterday for the following month.

Again, my membership ends today, I cancelled today for next month.

Ridiculous. 17 year olds run this organization.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Yep, that's their favorite game. Everything about Zoom Tan is designed to screw someone.

They screw their employees and their clients. That's why they only take credit cards, so they can hit the card fraudulently.
