Prejudice treatment

Went in to uv tan and spray.i was texted of the $1special today for each.First Heather asked what lotion i used i showed her the bottle she was EXTREMELY rude stated that my lotion contains silicone and double dipping isn't going to work out for me,she said i have a $7 packet you can buy.No thanks i will use wipes after and take the lotion off before i spray.Heather said well unfortunately thats not going to work out for you(Very Snooty attitude) So i uv tanned then gave her my info again to spray,she was just very short and snippy with me i was to uncomfortable to be thereSad So while i was waiting to show her my code again to spray 2 women came in and she NEVER took a coupon or code from either of them to $1 spray and $1 uv ,i have now been waiting 15 min for the internet to load so she could scan my code again i asked Heather if she could bypass or something so im not standing here waiting .She said NOPE NOTHING I CAN DO again very rude and looked down her nose at me as if i were not a HUMAN BEING.I stood there for another 5 min and she couldn't care less..I have been tanning at Zoom Tan 8 plus years and Heather made me feel so uncomfortable to be in that store 7001 Cypress terrace Fort Myers. that i left with out spray tanning and i will NEVER return to Zoom tan again. Heather is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS she looks terrible acts even worse shouldn't be working with people.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and have a full page list of things that have occurred, overcharges, charges for a minute added to tanning, spray tan being administered at level 3 when I asked for level 1, dirty filthy machines with hair and dust all through the fan and on bulbs. It all depends on who is working. In my local Gabriella is the manager and she's also the worst human to ever work in customer service. She has her few favorite people that bring her gifts or snacks etc so they get preferential treatment, moved to the front of the line and discounts that don't ever apply to others. She does the absolute bare minimum with cleaning. I went into a spray room the floor was covered in barrier cream and water the machine floor as well was gross the other rooms are never clean. Opening day after covid-19 shut down and still the same thing. You would think she'd be happy to be to work but absolutely miserable and she doesn't help new people with how things work. I have complained more times than I can count. The manager should be the example and she is just awful. If I pull in and see her I leave as do many other's. This company will never improve reviews if it doesn't start internally with it's people.

Paid for a single tan

I have been going to zoo tan for awhile now I sign up for a month then cancel membership because never sure if I will be away then I start the month again when I can. I always do a month On 9-9-20 I went there thinking I was signing up for a month only to find out today when I went for a spray that I did not sign up for the month but for a single which I never do. I am not happy I told the girl that waited on me I wished she had said you only paid for a single not the month. That was a wasted $30. My C-phone is 518-421-**** Thank you Mary Mastropietro .

Monthly biling

I contacted Zoom Tan asking why I was being billed and they stated they sent me a text at end of May advising they were open and re-started billing cycle. I never received the text and advised I wanted my account closed. They said we cannot close your account until you pay. Why would I pay for June and July if #1 I am not going and #2 if I was never notified. They did nothing to work with me on any level. And the person I spoke to at our local Zoom Tan asked me if I was having difficulty comprehending. Really? Is that how you treat your customers during a pandemic???

Bad customer Service

Charged me right before they closed due to covid, wouldn't refund me and said that i could use the credit to buy something in the store. Then charged me again once they opened, i told them i wanted to cancel and they wouldn't refund me since i had "plenty of time" to cancel during the pandemic. Will never give them anymore of my money - talk about bad customer service.

I paid for a month beginning in march and only received 2 weeks because of covid 19 closure. I NEVER received any info on reopening or a chance to cancel. I only tan for one month per year and then cancel. I was just charged 24.20 for the month of june which i DO NOT WANT. If i had the chance i would have cancelled. Tanning membership

Youre the only tanning salon around unless I drive 45 minutes out of the way. It is complete *** I put in so much work into the salon I was at (Canandaigua & Victor) getting on my hands and knees to clean spray rooms and UV rooms. All for minimum wage. And now, I cant even get a tanning membership. I tanned there since 2013. All I want is to tan. IF YOU WANT A TANNING MEMBERSHIP DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Because after you leave it will be extremely difficult to obtain one.

Poor Customer Service

Never notified of reopening of salons after Covid Crisis - yet automatically charged. Customer Service representative on the phone says you must cancel on-line then request a refund. Followed process as indicated and they refuse to give money back for services not rendered. Dirty rooms - filthy and disgusting. Random hairs and grit on the floors. Burned out bulbs. No music playing and lucky to have a lock on your broken door.

Absolutely horrible service all around, rude staff, rude customer service representatives, very unhelpful, no resolutions for my issue, not a credit, nothing. Was handled in very poor taste. And I will not be referring anyone to your places of operation.
