Every time I tried to reach them by phone to find out the life of the bulbs, I get the run around and never get a proper answer to my question. They can't even connect me to the actual place I want to speak with.

It's almost like they don't even understand English but they speak fluent English. They evidently don't care about customer service at all. I'm canceling my membership.

God! ...I miss Total Tan :-(

That is a complete lie. They change their bulbs at LEAST 50 hours before they even need too.

People try to buy their USED bulbs all the time because they have so much life left in them. Stop spreading rumors and grow up


They don't change the bulbs until they're dead. Which is a long time after they no longer tan you.

Whole company is a scam. You're better off tanning someplace else.
