Every time I tried to reach them by phone to find out the life of the bulbs, I get the run around and never get a proper answer to my question. They can't even connect me to the actual place I want to speak with.
It's almost like they don't even understand English but they speak fluent English. They evidently don't care about customer service at all. I'm canceling my membership.
God! ...I miss Total Tan :-(
