I had ask the girls in the store if I had done this right. I was charged another month ,because you are to cancel by gong to there sight and canceling. I then returned to call the # they give you to talk to someone they proceeded to tell me I had to come to there sight to cancel.
Not Happy To Have Been Charged For Something I Am Not Going TO Use. They need to redirect there customer service training an explain to the customer that they will have to cancel online.
